The key to "Time Management" is understanding your priorities. So let's call it "Priority Management." In order to succeed you must have clear priorities and take small actions towards them every day. If you stay committed and consistent, over time, you will make very significant achievements in those areas. Now that you have your list of your top 5 priorities it's time to put them into action.
Personal Development Task:
Create a list of your the things that you have to do today. How many of these things are actually related to your priorities? We often get caught in the "whirlwind" and spend our time doing things that may not be focused on the areas are most important to us. Work hard this week to add in more things that contribute to your priorities in your daily routine and to eliminate those that are just distractions.
