I start every morning with an glass of filtered water (between 8-16) ounces. Water is required for most of the tasks that your body performs throughout the day so make sure drinking water shortly after waking is very important to get your system going. Then make sure to fuel your body up with the healthy meal that it needs. Here are some of my favorite healthy breakfast options:
1) Shakeology + a serving of fruit(blended or a la carte).
Chocolate Vegan Shakeology blended with a banana and ice is my favorite!
2) Egg White Omelette
Add some healthy fats and veggies. My favorites are spinach, mushrooms, avocado, tomatoes.
3) Healthy Pancakes
Try adding some strawberries and blueberries instead of syrup.
4) Plain Oatmeal + a serving of fruit or nuts
Blueberries or raspberries are my favorite additions.
5) Plain Greek yogurt + a serving of fruit or nuts
Strawberries and bananas are a great option.
Clean eating isn't an easy journey, but breakfast is a great place to start! Don't forget to get your workout in too!
